A madrasah magazine is a magazine that contains the literary and others informative writings of the teachers and the students of a madrasah. Almost every well-established madrasah publishes a magazine every year. We have also a madrasah magazine. The name of our madrasah magazine is 'Eden' which means the beautiful garden. The publication of a madrasah magazine is a very difficult task. The editor and his assistants have to work hard to publish the magazine. The magazine committee invites writings from students and teachers. The editorial board selects the suitable ones for publication. It contains poems, articles and short stories-all written by the teachers and students. Some students also write short comics and quizes to subject and puzzles. There is a message from the Superintendent and secretary of the madrasah containing information about annual sports and so on. Most of the articlesare written by the students. A few articles are contributed by the teachers. It gives a view of the life of the madrasah and reveals the creative genius of the students. The madrasah magazine committee bears the expenditure for the publication of the magazine. A magazine fund is also made up of the madrasah magazine fee. The madrasah magazine serves many useful purposes. The most important is that it brings out the latent creative talents of the students and thus helps them to be great writers. A student feels proud and happy when he finds his own writing in print. The madrasah magazine also reflects the academic and co-curricular activities of the madrasah.
