How to Cook Rice
Rice is our staple food. So we have to know how to cook rice. In fact, cooking rice is not a difficult task. First take the required quantity of rice and wash it well. Secondly, put sufficient quantity of clean water into a pot and put it on an oven or a cooker or a stone. When the water starts boiling, put the rice into the pot and cover it with a lid and keep the rice boiling. When the vapour begins to come out, take out some rice to check if it is boiled. If not boiled, put the pot for a few minutes more. When boiled, put the pot, with the lid down for some time to strain out starch from the boiled rice. Now the rice is cooked.
