An Occasion that I have Recently Enjoyed
An occasion that I have recently enjoyed is the Pahela Baishakh which is the first day. of Bangla year. We call it the first day of Shuvo Nabobarsho in Bengali terminology. I got up early in the morning on that day and went to Ramna Batamul to enjoy the song of Rabindranath Tagore "Eso he Baishakh Eso-Eso". Then I joined the traditional Baishakhi rally brought out by the students of Fine Arts. I spent the whole day visiting many places of Dhaka city and enjoying many traditional festivities. The significant moment of the day was eating watered rice with onion, green chillies and hilsa fish sitting together with the people of all walks of life in the morning. The occasion of Pahela Baishakh was very delightful and attractive. I have enjoyed it very much.
