Physical exercise means movement of our limbs. A human body is not a machine. A machine can be kept in a place without movement. But the human body must be moved and stirred up. Otherwise, it turns to be inactive and immobile . And so physical exercise is very important. It makes our health active and mobile. If health is well, mind is well because of the fact that health is the soundness of body as well as the soundness of mind. In fact, there is the close relationship between mind and body. Physical exercise helps one to remove lethargy and numbness . It helps one to free one's health from illness and sickness. It keeps mind and body safe and sound by offering stamina and strength. It makes one's muscles strong and energetic. In fact, it keeps body fit by removing weakness and feebleness . To keep body hale and hearty, one should also take a balanced diet. One should drink clean water to keep fit. By keeping fit, one can be productive because of the fact that a healthy person is an asset to the country. He or she can play an important role in the development programmes of the country. Therefore, everyone of us should be aware of keeping fit.
