How to Organise a Picnic
A picnic is always a joyful and interesting event. We go on picnics now and then to attractive spots in order to dispel the monotony of our workaday life. To organize a picnic smoothly you have to follow a procedure. First, fix the number of the prospective participants and contact them to get their consent and confirmation. Secondly, hold a meeting with them, fix the date and the spot, make out the estimated budget, constitute a picnic committee with three sub-committees, namely The Finance sub-committee to collect contribution from the participants and other sources, if any, and make necessary allocations for different purposes, the transport sub-committee to make arrangement for bus or other vehicles and The entertainment sub-committee to fix the menu, to buy the food articles and fuels to engage cooks and arrange all other things that may be necessary for the feast. Thirdly, fix the time for starting for the picnic spot as well as the place from where to start. Finally, start for the picnic according to the plan with all the necessaries.
