How to Keep Fit যেভাবে সুস্থ থাকা যায়

To keep fit means to remain healthy. We can remain healthy by ensuring soundness of mind as well as soundness of body. Without having the one, it is very difficult to have the other. For the purpose of building up our health and staying healthy we have to do certain things. For our physical health we have to eat proper food. By proper food we mean a balanced diet. A balanced diet contains all kinds of foods in required quantities to provide the necessary calory of vitamins and minerals together with the appropriate amount of other nutrients. We have to avoid unclean, unhygienic, stale or adulterated food. We have to avoid over-eating also, because it causes indigestion however balanced or good if may be. Besides, we have to take our meals in time and regularly. We should drink plenty of clean and pure water. Our kidneys cannot function properly without sufficient supply of water. Moreover, we have to rest and sleep properly and take a measure of physical exercise every day. It is necessary to go to bed early and to get up early. We need to walk in the morning for an hour or more in the cool morning breeze. This refreshes and energises our body and mind and helps proper blood circulation. We have to bear in mind that morning walk is a good exercise. Further more, we have to follow the rules of cleanliness. We need to have a bath everyday and wash our clothes at regular intervals. We have also too cleans our teeth twice a day and pair our nails when necessary. In addition, we need to keep our environment neat and clean and avoid developing any kind of bad habit or addiction. For our mental health we should keep our emotions under control and remain free from any kind of tension and anxiety. We should have patience and face the realities with calm and fortitude. Finally we should consult a doctor now and then abide by his advice. By doing all these things we can keep fit.
